The Connection

When I talk about a human connection, first thing that comes to your mind would be the love connection. This cliche world doesn't come out of the box. I buy a dairy milk chocolate every time I pass by that road to reach my friend's place.Lately as soon as I got there, before parking my bike he removed it for me and kept it. 10days I was in Goa and couldn't go there. The shopkeeper gave me a pleasing smile and did the same. Sometimes you don't realize when you make connections with random people. Value your relationships.

The chosen one

This dint happen to be but a special friend, which is worth remembering.
He was walking down the road, on a break from work when suddenly a wrinkled face man with a stick in his hand approached him. Clueless about why would he stare, he asked a question.
Old man said, “Say Jai Shri Krishna”. Stunned and shocked he looked at him and said “ Jai Shri Krishna”
Old man says, “I am 90 and I feel my end is near. I have no one of my own and my heart wishes to bless someone wholeheartedly. Do you chew tobacco he asked?
Friend said, “ no sir”.
Old man has a grin on his face. “ May you get all you wish for and even more. You are the chosen one, since I see furrow’s of anxiety on your forehead.
Friend, “Doesn't know what to say”.
The old man left.

Driving in Mumbai can be a remedy for the constipated ones

Mumbai is famously called as the land of opportunities. On my flight back from Australia, I was warned at the airport about not having roadside food as water borne diseases were spreading like fire. The most awaited pani puri, pav bhaji and Indian Chinese were this time not something I could hog on. They all warn, but they secretly crave for it. Ironically some of these items are so bad, that the cause constipation and stomach borne problems. But this city has a lot more to offer than expected. The ever increasing potholes.I dont have the right to complain as this city has given me a lot, but I do have the right to say that the middle-man involved in the construction cost duty for their pockets would not spare the layman. Potholes are so bad that they could easily make the harsh food digest and transform it into loose motions.Amen!
